Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Nukhba's platform, websites, and services.
Effective 1 January 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Nukhba you agree to these terms and to the additional policies referenced within them.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and the activity on your workspace.
3. Acceptable use
You will use Nukhba lawfully, respect candidate rights, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are set out in your order form. Late payments may result in suspension.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach, subject to a 30-day cure period.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
