What you get

Everything you need to run this end-to-end

  • Explicit candidate consent per employer
  • Anonymised discovery until candidate accepts
  • Employer verification and audit trail
  • PDPL-aligned by design
Deep dive

The Opportunity Network exists because the UAE deserves a better bridge between people who are open to a move and employers who are actively hiring — without the noise, spam and privacy trade-offs of global job boards.

Candidates opt in on their own terms: which employers, which industries, which role families, which salary bands. Their identity stays anonymous until they choose to accept a contact. Employers get access to verified profiles from candidates who have actively signalled interest — not scraped CVs, not cold outreach, not blast InMails.

The whole system is consent-first. A candidate can pause visibility, block a specific employer, or leave the network entirely, in one tap. An employer never sees a candidate's identity or contact details until the candidate accepts. Every touch is logged, and PDPL alignment is built into the architecture, not the terms and conditions.

Inside the feature

What's actually in the box

Granular candidate signals

Candidates pick employers, industries, role families, salary bands, notice period, and locations they'd genuinely consider — no more, no less.

Anonymous verified profiles

Employers see a verified profile — skills, experience, Emiratisation status, salary band — without a name, photo, current employer or contact detail.

Employer verification

Every employer on the Network is verified for legal entity, HR licensing and hiring intent — no ghost jobs, no fake recruiters.

Allow-list and block-list controls

A candidate can allow-list preferred employers, block specific employers or entire industries, and pause visibility for a defined period.

Real roles, real salary bands

Every contact from an employer includes a real role, a real salary band, and a real hiring manager — no cold generic reach-outs.

Included on Growth and Enterprise

No per-contact fees. Employer access is included with the plan; no surprise sourcing charges.

A day in the life

A senior engineer moves without anyone knowing they were looking

A staff engineer in Dubai turns on the Network, whitelists three companies, sets a salary band. Two weeks later, one of the three sends a real role via a verified recruiter. The engineer accepts the contact, has a conversation, agrees to interview — all without their current employer or their wider network ever knowing they were open to a move.

How it works

Three steps, always in this order

1

Candidate opts in

Chooses employers, industries, role families and salary bands they'd consider — anonymously.

2

Employer reaches out

Verified employers send a real role with real salary — no cold generic InMails.

3

Candidate accepts

Identity revealed only on accept. Everything else stays private, and revocation is one tap.
